Saturday Matinee Pre-Show Chats
Join Citadel Theatre staff, artists, and special guests 45 minutes prior to the start of our Saturday matinees for a 20-minute presentation and chat . . . about the theatre, about art, about the production currently playing on the Citadel stage.
Pre-Show Chats are a great way to learn about and enhance your appreciation of theatre and the production you're about to see.
But they’re not just for tickets holders — anyone and everyone is welcome to attend!

The sisters spent several years apart before being reunited. FEATURING Greg Henkelman Greg Henkelman, science educator and environmental enthusiast, discussed some of the topics of water management and the environment as presented in Wingfield Lost and Found. After completing his Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology, Greg completed his Bachelor of Education to learn about much bigger things. A teacher with Edmonton Public Schools for the past ten years, Greg shared the Canadian Iron Science Teacher Award and was one of 16 recipients in Alberta of the APEGGA Math and Science Teacher Award in 2009. Greg is currently enrolled in a Master's program in Secondary Education at the University of Alberta, focusing on how teachers address science literacy in their classrooms. This (and incessant questions from his two kids) caused him to consider more closely the teaching of controversial topics in science education. |
