Kate Blechinger is a vocalist, songwriter, and bassist. Kate’s debut album, Under a Dancing Sky, features folk-jazz arrangements of Joni Mitchell’s compositions alongside several of Kate’s original songs. Kate’s music has been featured on CKUA Community Radio, and CBC Radio Two. Kate was the recipient of the 2019 Edmonton Music Award for Jazz Recording of the Year. She has performed in festivals and venues within Edmonton and across Western Canada, and is very excited to be part of this show!
Kristi (she/they) is a disabled actor, singer, producer, weirdo, and budding technologist. Kristi is also the co-Artistic Director/founder of the independent theatre company, The Maggie Tree, which is dedicated to the work of women and gender expansive artists. Previous theatre credits include: Dear Rita (Confed Centre); Candide (Edmonton Opera); The Silver Arrow, A Christmas Carol, and Alice Through the Looking Glass (Citadel Theatre); The Invisible: Agents of Ungentlemanly Warfare (Catalyst Theatre).
Mo Lefever is an Edmonton-based guitarist and instructor at MacEwan University. She has been performing since the early 90s in a variety of jazz, Top 40, theatre, and even disco settings. Previous credits include: Cabaret, Footloose, 9 to 5 (MacEwan University); Six, Almost a Full Moon (Citadel Theatre).
Jen is an active member of the Edmonton musical community. A graduate of Grant MacEwan University, she has since developed into a sought-after accompanist, vocalist, clinician, composer, and arranger.

Jameela is a Jamaican-Canadian artist, based in amiskwaciwâskahikan/Edmonton. She is delighted to be performing in All Because I’m A Woman, celebrating women who have left an imprint on country music. Citadel credits include: Citadel Road Shows, As You Like It (RMTC co-production), and The Color Purple (RMTC co-production). Other select credits include: Sister Act, All Shook Up, Soul Sistas (Mayfield), Here There Be Night, and John Ware Reimagined (Workshop West). Love to my family, always.
Larissa is a multidisciplinary performer, production designer, visual artist and tattooist. She also wears many hats as an arts educator, including teaching dance for the Citadel’s Young Musical Company. Select credits include: Once (Citadel Theatre); Infinity (Theatre Network); Canada 151 (Mayfield); 10 out of 12 (WildSide); Ordinary Days (Straight Edge); Moonshine, Before the River (Mavka Theatre); and the Canadian national tour of Barvinok (Pyretic Productions). KAELEY JADE WIEBE,
Kaeley Jade Wiebe is a Métis actor, singer/songwriter and multidisciplinary artist based out of Amiskwaciwâskahikan (Edmonton). Select theatre: Revolt. She Said. Revolt Again., Chrysothemis (Studio Theatre), Romeo & Juliet (Shakespeare by the Bow), and the upcoming world premiere of Two-Headed/Half-Hearted (Northern Light Theatre). As a folk-pop artist under the name “Kaeley Jade,” her music has received radio play across North America, has been added to major playlists across streaming giants, and has been placed in several film and television productions.
Tatiana is a multi-instrumentalist, writer, and producer. She has been playing drums for theatre productions for over 10 years, her most recent credit being The Invisibles (Catalyst Theatre). She has been working for years as a writer for pop artists in Canada, Japan, and Korea, and is currently focused on releasing electronic-pop music under the moniker Talltale.
