Box Office Representative
Listed August 14, 2026The Box Office Representative (BOR) plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for all visitors at the Citadel Theatre. This position is responsible for ticket sales, class registrations, package bookings, and donation processing. The BOR liaises with the public and the Theatre’s guests and ensures that they experience the highest level of customer service. The BOR is a front-line, guest-facing role and will assist in making sales targets, KPIs, and with the overall operation and maintenance of the Box Office.
