We recommend that patrons and staff wear masks but it is not required to attend The Citadel Theatre.
No, seating is assigned but not socially-distanced.
Contact the Box Office or you may speak to an usher before the performance if you wish to make further seating arrangements, subject to availability.
Due to scheduling conflicts related to COVID-19, certain productions and performances were regrettably rescheduled or postponed.
If you held tickets to a rescheduled or postponed performance, The Box Office has reached out to with ticket options. If you have not received communication from Box Office, please contact 780.425.1820.
New dates of performances and productions will be announced as they are decided.
Your tickets are still valid on your account. The Box Office will reach out with rescheduling options and are happy to work with you to find the value of your tickets.
Please call the Box Office at 780-425-1820 or email at boxoffice@citadeltheatre.com if you would like to exchange your tickets into another show. You may exchange them into any other performance this season. Exchange fees will be waived for productions impacted by a postponement, however there may be price differences between productions.
No; however, digital playbills are available to view on your computer or mobile devices here.
A URL link will be sent in the reminder emails prior to the show and a QR code direct link will be available on signage throughout the lobby, as well as on cards available at the Box Office or as you enter the theatre.
On your order receipt you may see the delivery method as “Will Call”, this means you will pick up your tickets at the Box Office counter upon arrival for your performance.

We strongly encourage that you do not leave. If you must leave for any reason, you will be reseated in latecomer seating, should space be available.
Although we do encourage you to plan your trip to arrive at least 45 minutes before the doors open a handful of seating groups will be reserved for latecomers; however, these seats cannot be guaranteed.
Yes! Coat check is available.
Food and Beverages purchased from the Bar can be consumed in the theatres. The Bar will be serving all standard beverages.
We are once again accepting sippy cup returns at the bars. Bring back a sippy cup to reuse and receive a $1.00 discount off your next beverage!
The Citadel Theatre typically does not allow babes-in-arms or children under 5 years of age into our theatres. Please see individual play descriptions for specific age recommendations.
