Looking to volunteer with the Citadel Theatre? We’re so happy that you’d like to spend your time contributing, ensuring we can continue to bring world-class live theatre to Edmontonians!
Volunteers help us make all the magic possible, and we love to show our appreciation. Our volunteers earn free theatre tickets, invitations to exclusive Citadel events, and more! Plus, you get to be an integral part of one of the biggest arts operations in the country.
VOLUNTEER USHER
Volunteer Ushers will be required to ensure the highest caliber of customer service is delivered to our patrons. Ushers will help in preparing the venue lobby, help patrons to their seats, assist in enhanced cleaning protocols, and assist in ensuring the performance venue is filled and that the show starts on time. Other tasks may include taking tickets, stocking programs, selling ice cream, acting as a Citadel Theatre Ambassador for new patrons in our lobbies, and assisting with training new volunteers.
