Casey and Diana

`

Set in 1991 at Toronto’s Casey House, this vibrant and deeply human story unfolds during the AIDS crisis, as residents and staff prepare for a visit from Princess Diana. As anticipation builds and last-minute chaos ripples through the halls, humour and nerves bubble up in the most unexpected ways. Moments of laughter give way to heartbreak, revealing a community determined to live fully in the face of uncertainty. With vivid characters and lively dialogue, Casey and Diana celebrates dignity, connection, and the ways people find joy even in difficult times. Both hilarious and deeply moving, it captures the spirit of a community and the extraordinary impact of one unforgettable visit.
