Over the last decade, the Citadel has developed and produced 22 World Premieres, 13 of which have been subsequently produced elsewhere, taking the name of the Citadel and Edmonton around the world.

Through a series of sessions, the Citadel provides many development opportunities to theatre professionals. Led by panels of industry professionals, these regularly programs are one of the many ways the Citadel helps artists grow in their field.

First started in 2012, the Industry Pass Program is for those working in theatre as administrators, performers, designers and technicians, as well as those in training programs leading to careers in the arts.
