ZEIDLER HALL
Zeidler Hall is one of our theatres that allow your guests to bring in both food and beverages. Zeidler Hall is available for four-hour, eight-hour or multi-day rentals, depending on availability.
CITADEL BOARDROOM
Located on the third floor of the building, the Citadel Boardroom can comfortably seat 16 people around its large central table. Additional seating in the room can bring the maximum capacity to 40 guests. The Boardroom’s south facing windows let in lots of natural light, making it an inviting place to hold your meeting, conference call or training workshop. The Citadel Boardroom is wheelchair and limited mobility accessible, with an elevator providing access to the third floor.
DAVID D. BENTLEY SALON
Located on the third floor of the Foote Theatre School, the David D. Bentley Salon offers up to 1,530 square feet of open space – perfect for large meetings. Featuring a small kitchen area, complete with microwave and fridge, the David D. Bentley Salon is available for rent for a half day, full day (8 hours) or multiple days.This carpeted space offers lots of natural light for your next meeting. It’s a very functional space that can be set up in a variety of different ways.
CLASSROOMS
Located in the Foote Theatre School, we have three classrooms of various sizes available for rent on an hourly basis, a half day, full day, or multiple days. Each classroom features a wide open space with non-carpeted floors – perfect for dance practice, fitness classes or small meetings.

The Citadel Theatre supports free speech and is committed to making its spaces available on wide basis, to varied individuals, groups and organizations in accordance with compatible use of the facility and municipal, provincial and federal legislation. Spaces inside the Citadel Theatre may only be made available for rental after all of the programming, artistic, educational and operational needs of the Theatre, Academy, resident companies and tenants have been met. Limitations or refusals of requests may occur if the event would impact the programming, artistic, educational and operational needs of the Theatre, Academy, resident companies and tenants. These issues may include but are not limited to; disruption of core activities within the building, parking, crowd control, staffing, security, noise issues, public health & safety, and potential for damage to the building or venue requested.
