Set in 1991 at Toronto’s Casey House, this moving story unfolds during the AIDS crisis, following residents and staff as they prepare for Princess Diana’s visit. The story includes a young character (age 19) who is depicted as emotionally and physically vulnerable. Having come out to his family, he has been rejected, forced out of his home, and is now living with AIDS. His experiences of abandonment, illness, and marginalization may be distressing for some audience members.
