Musical Duo C.J. - consisting of Edmonton’s own Chariz Faulmino (Prison Dancer, Almost a Full Moon, She Loves You, Uptown Girls) and Jameela McNeil (The Colour Purple, As You Like It, The Royale, She Loves You) - are back at the Citadel with a concert all about family! From Stevie Nicks to Janet Jackson to Cher, some of the biggest musicians we know started in family bands. Joined by an incredible group of local musicians, C.J. will take you on a journey through the decades celebrating the ties that bind. Featuring music from groups such as The Bee Gees, The Isely Brothers, ABBA, Styx, Sister Sledge, and more! Sit back, relax, and let the rhythm move you!

Citadel: Debut.

Canadian based musician and producer whose passion for all things musical. Born in Ivory Coast, but raised on Ghanaian tradition, he began his musical journey with the likes of Simon & Garfunkel, Mahalia Jackson, and the Beatles. Picking up the guitar at 17, he’s played everything from Rock, Jazz, RnB, to Reggae and Gospel. As a music director, he has been involved in arranging and curating a vast array of shows, across many genres and musical styles. While working with the likes of Edmonton’s K-Riz, Arlo Maverick, internationally acclaimed poet Titilope, and many more, Enoch looks for every opportunity to share in the stories and experiences that lead to great music. Enthralled by the joy of capturing sound, creating with others, and bringing visions to life, Enoch seeks to bring the best experience, while continuing to push the envelope of what is possible.

Dubbed “your favorite guitar player’s favorite guitar player”, Morgan Hanna is quickly making a name for herself. Born and raised in The Bahamas, she recently graduated from MacEwan University’s Music program. She is excited and grateful to return to the Citadel and share the stage with some of her favorite people/artists. @morganxalicia

Edmonton Public Library’s Musician in Residence, Biboye Onanuga is active in Edmonton’s music scene, playing with Odario (CBC Radio’s Afterdark), and his own, Good Information, to name a few; alongside curating the weekly jazz music series’ New Standards (The Common) and Daze Days (Mimi Bar).

After growing up at the Citadel watching musicals and shows, Lexi could not be more thrilled to perform here for the first time! She is a vocalist located here in Edmonton, and she will be graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from MacEwan University’s Music program in just a few months. Jenni is celebrating her 20th year as a working musician. All gratitude goes to loved ones for their endless support and co-conspirators for musical adventures around the world. Current acts include Peter Dreams (July Talk), Moonriivr, Faith Healer/Jessica Jalbert, The Bobby Tenderloin Universe, Sammy Volkov, Sam the Living, Aaron Parker, Ellie Heath, and children’s artist Seeka Sings. @jenniplease
