Ruth Alexander,
Vocals, Piano
Ruth is an Edmonton-based actor/musician originally from Scotland. Her career spans four decades in theatre and television includes: Once and A Christmas Carol (Citadel Theatre); Dead in The Water (Varscona Theatre); A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Freewill Festival); TWO (Edmonton Fringe); Les Misérables (U.K. Tour); Blonde Bombshells of 1943 (London, UK); and a recurring role on Coronation Street. As a musical director her work in Canada includes: Little Shop of Horrors and Uptown girls (Citadel Theatre); and Catalyst Theatre’s The Invisible, Vigilante: In Concert and Nevermore at Vertigo Theatre, Calgary. She is very excited about her next project, taking on the role of Tupolski in the incredible Martin McDonagh play, The Pillowman, presented by Theatre Yes, which she co-runs alongside her husband Max Rubin.
Chariz Faulmino,

Chariz is a Filipinx-Canadian multi-disciplinary performer based in amiskwacîwâskahika. They are ecstatic to be ringing in 2024 rocking alongside incredible artists! Recent Credits include: Prison Dancer (National Arts Centre); Shakespeare In The Park (Freewill Shakespeare Festival); Everybody Goes To Mitzi’s (Teatro La Quindicina); Almost A Full Moon, Uptown Girls, A Christmas Carol, and Summer Roadshows (Citadel Theatre); Joni Mitchell’s Songs Of A Prairie Girl, A Doll’s House Part II (Theatre Network/Wild Side Productions); Mamma Mia! Morgan Hanna,
Guitar
Morgan Hanna is a musician based in Edmonton. Originally from the Bahamas, she is a rising star in both the jazz and R&B scene, and is a recent graduate of MacEwan’s Bachelor of Music program. Morgan has played at various Edmonton venues, including the Yardbird Suite, the Winspear Centre, and has played at The Citadel Theatre in 9 to 5: The Musical as well as the world premiere of Almost A Full Moon.
Mo Lefever,
Guitar
Guitarist Mo Lefever has been plying her trade on Canadian stages for many decades. Her journey began in jazz but has crossed into other genres including disco (GODIVA), funk (Magilla Funk Conduit), and afrobeat (Fusionauts). More recently, Mo has been fortunate to be a part of the musical theatre scene (Six, 9 to 5, Almost a Full Moon, Rock of Ages, Little Shop of Horrors). She is also a seasoned educator and has been sessional faculty at MacEwan University since 2008.
Jameela McNeil,
Vocals
Jameela is thrilled to return to the Rice Theatre and perform with this incredible team in She Loves You! She was previously in past House Series concerts: Uptown Girls and All Because I’m a Woman. Other select credits include: The Royale (Citadel); The Color Purple, As You Like It (Citadel/RMTC co-production); The Wolves (Maggie-Tree/Citadel co-production); Much Ado About Nothing, Wedding Band, Les Belles Soeurs (Stratford Festival); The Fiancée (Persephone); Heaven (Lunchbox); Tell Us What Happened, Here There Be Night, John Ware Reimagined (Workshop West); Sister Act, All Shook Up, and Soul Sistas (Mayfield). Training: MacEwan Theatre Arts Alumnus, RBC Horizon Emerging Artists Program (Citadel).
Jenni Roberts,
Bass
Jenni is an Edmonton-based musician. She has studied in church, university, and the school of bar stages across North America, Europe and Japan. She is so excited to revisit tunes by the Beatles, who first inspired her to imagine being in a rock band. Jenni currently plays with Faith Healer, The Bobby Tenderloin Universe, TeeTahs, Velvet Hooks, Sam The Living, Seeka Sings, Sammy Volkov, Aaron Parker, and many more artists.
Celene Yohemas,
Drums
Celene Yohemas is a drummer, percussionist, award winning composer, and educator from Calgary, AB. She has played percussion with orchestras (CYO) and choirs (Savridi Singers), drum set with rock bands (bluessmyth), jazz orchestra (CWJO, Women4Women), and fusion (Sophie Armstrong). She composed music and sound design for Alberta Theatre Projects (Picking Up Chekhov, Why Freud Fainted), and won a Betty Mitchell award for her collaboration as composer, musician and sound design with Green Fools Theatre’s “Dancing on Water”. Her current projects include playing with the Calgary Women’s Jazz Orchestra, Little Brown Jug Brass, Savridi Singers, and is thrilled to be back to her drum set roots as a part of “She Loves You”. www.CeleneDrums.com
Patricia Zentilli,

Patricia Zentilli (she /her) is grateful to be back for another House Series concert this season with these incredible women. Previously, here in the beautiful Rice Theatre, Patricia has presented What The World Needs Now, Uptown Girls, and Feels Like Home. She has performed across Canada in Cabaret, Film, TV and Theatre. You may have seen her on stage here at the Citadel in A Christmas Carol, Almost A Full Moon, 9 to 5: The Musical, Mamma Mia!, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time and Alice Through the Looking Glass. Singing is one of the things that brings Patricia the most joy, apart from her amazing 13 year old daughter, Melody. Thank you so much for being here! Pease stick around to say “hello” after the show!
